This one is worth reading carefully before you apply. All 3 posts ask for a specific rank at retirement, not a degree. So this is mainly for retired revenue officers (and one post also allows retired Armed Forces officers). If you're a serving officer or a fresh graduate, this notification isn't built for you.

Note: Estate Officer is the only post with two separate eligibility routes — revenue rank or Armed Forces background. The other two posts don't have this option.

Documents – Read This Before You Apply
This notification is stricter than usual on proof documents. Keep these in mind:
- Self-declarations, affidavits, or undertakings are not accepted as proof of qualification or experience — except in the one case below.
- Appointment letters, salary certificates, and pay slips are not accepted as experience proof.
- For your latest/most recent experience only, you must instead submit an affidavit stating: employer name, designation, period of work, nature of job, and your duties.
- Experience certificates missing the joining date, relieving date, duties, or the signature and seal of the authorized person will be rejected.
Photo & Signature Upload Rules
- Photo: JPG, under 200 KB
- Signature: signed on plain white paper, scanned, JPG, under 50 KB
- Full signature only — initials not accepted. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not allowed.
Selection Process
Not fixed in advance. CMD/VISL may use any combination of: application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test, group discussion, skill test, or interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, by email, SMS, or phone call.
